BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed bridal agreement and %50 of selected services deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be put toward the client’s total wedding day balance if the client chooses wedding day services. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle (815-276-5331)Venmo @Jazmin-Jaramillo, and Visa Master Card (NOTE: consultations and deposit fees are two separate costs.)

HIRING ADDITIONAL ARTIST: Each appointment is an hour long. The hiring of an additional artist MAY be required if: Your group exceeds 6 adults or other circumstances that may be determined on a case-by-case basis

This service is an additional $100.00 and is recommended to;

  • Decrease the time your bridal party will be getting ready by half.
  • Allow a later start in the morning, meaning an opportunity to sleep in for your bridal party.


CONSULTATIONS: Consultations are available for brides as well as their bridal party members, including but not limited to: bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, grandmothers, extended family members, guest speakers, etc. NOTE: Additional consultations must be scheduled on the same day as the bride’s consultation in order to avoid an additional travel fee.


DELAYS: A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed makeup application is an acknowledgment by the client that the makeup is done to the client’s satisfaction. JAZMIN ISABEL SPECIALIZES IN MAKEUP ONLY. NO OTHER SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED.

Auto Gratuity: Parties of 5 or more will inquire a 20% automatic gratuity 


PAYMENT: The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the makeup artist departs — no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this agreement


EARLY START FEES: Early start times will incur additional fees of  $50 an hour on the hour before 8 am. The earliest starting time for JazminIsabel is 6 am AST. 


TRAVEL FEES: Travel within (20 minutes) from Artist location on St Thomas is free of charge. Any travel on St Thomas over (25 minutes) will result in a $25 travel fee. Travel Water Island is a $100.00 & Travel to St John is $200 Fee. If an additional Makeup Artist is required for larger parties, an additional travel fee is incurred. Travel fees apply for all pre-event makeup consultations as well as day-of appointments.


PARKING FEES: Where parking or valet fees are incurred, the amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event.


LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Jazmin Isabel) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this agreement. These terms also apply to verbal/nonverbal last minute Makeup Artist changes if more than one makeup artist are on site or rescheduling a reserved date.


CRUISE/AIR CANCELLATION POLICYIf your cruise or airline itinerary is canceled 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, proof of cancellation will be required for a 50% refund of the deposit. Any proof of cancelation submitted less than 48 hours from the cancellation is not subject to a 50% refund. Day-before and same-day cancellations are not subject to a refund. Otherwise, our normal cancellation policy applies (i.e., cancellations made by the party less than 60 days prior to the reservation will not be refunded). 

REDUCTION OF SERVICES: Reductions to the amount of services reserved must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Additions to services can be made at any time, and are subject to the makeup artist’s availability. 

KIT DAMAGE/CONTAMINATION: There will be a fee of $300.00 if any products or belongings of the makeup artist are touched without the consent of the Makeup Artist. This preserves sanitation and avoids damages. Damages to specific items or products will be paid in full to the makeup artist to replace the product or item. The $300.00 fee still applies if the item is paid for or replaced. Anyone who is sick or has a contagious infection or transmittable disease and fails to disclose it before makeup services begin will be responsible for replacing all contaminated products.


UNSAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT: Clients who do not provide a safe work environment will forfeit their right to services and remain responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. An unsafe work environment includes Unsanitary workspace, verbal abuse, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or xenophobic rhetoric, sexual harassment, abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behavior from the client or any party acting on behalf of the client.


USE OF IMAGE:, Jazmin Isabel may use on it’s website, social media channels – and / or in any brochure, flyer or other advertising it deems necessary – any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by and any and all of it’s representatives or agents. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his / her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographers and / or videographers used for recording any event for which the makeup artist has been contracted to do makeup. Client(s) agree to release to use of said photographers / videographer’s photographs and recordings.

The signed agreement serves as a release to client(s) photographer / videographer and authorizes them to release to Jazminisabel and its owners, agents, and employees any photographs / recordings to use on any promotional materials deems necessary.


Emergency & Cancellations/COVID-19: In the event that the U.S. Virgin Islands is placed under a stay-at-home order, and/or either party is subject to a travel ban, and/or either party tests positive for Covid-19 leading up to the scheduled event, both parties will be released from this contract and any funds paid will be returned. Retainer fees may be transferred to a new date at the makeup artist’s discretion. In the case JAZMIN ISABEL has to cancel the date and services of the signed parties due to an emergency, JAZMIN ISABEL will do her best to find a replacement and transfer the full retainer & funds to the new artist. If a replacement artist is not available, JAZMIN ISABEL will provide a full refund to
